City of Surrey – Operations Center

Willow Spring Construction is proud to have partnered with the City of Surrey on a two-phase tenant improvement project at the City’s Operations Center. The goal was to create a more functional and efficient workspace that supports the daily operations and staff who serve the community.

Phase 1 included a complete interior fit-out of Level 4, totaling approximately 7,100 square feet. Phase 2 followed with the renovation of 6,300 square feet on Level 2, updating the existing office layout to meet modern standards and improve workflow.

The finished space provides a bright, open, and flexible environment tailored to the City’s operational needs — a workspace designed for collaboration, comfort, and productivity.
